9July2026 - FB is pretty much on my rear view mirror now, except for "Following" other photographers and artists/craftspersons. I also check my FB Memories most mornings since I've been so bad at organizing and saving my photos. 27Jun2025 - This is turning into a journal/journey-down-memory-lane thing. I'm looking through my old photo albums, and at the same time, other memories and thoughts are popping up in my mind. This is what old(er) people do, yes? 9May2025 - I decided to leave FB, and just share my photos etc here. Thank you to the special people who check in here...October2025 - I'm back... (7Dec2022 - crlazlo meanderings 2 is now 2.1 - I will continue to use it as a preview/workspace for my FB posts, but I will also start organizing the many photos from my retirement years, and also start a journal/memories thing. That's the plan anyway.)

There's this little mini park within a Park where I often walk. I took the snow covered tree shot last January. There was something new the other day. Someone put up a swing on the tree, and even though the flowers are plastic, I like it!

I went upstairs yesterday morning to get a picture of the clouds off to our West, and I took photos of the planter gardens. This cabbage like thing caught my eye, and I ended up with these images while I was editing.

These two shots were taken with my iPhone SE on May 11th, one right after the other. I like using the Auto settings on my regular cameras, and my cell phone photo routines are similar. It's fun to see what the phone or camera will do when I just zoom a little, or I choose to focus on a shaded, darker area. Or maybe a brighter sky. The only thing I did here editing-wise was a little cropping.

I stopped by my favorite photo place in Tukwila yesterday, en route to meeting my brothers at the Kubota Gardens. My bridge vantage point in the first photo was a 10 minute walk from our home in Tukwila. It was overcast at 9am, but the sun came out for our walk through Kubota.

There are days when I am camera-less, and I take some photos with my cell phone. The limitations of my iphone with icloud photos etc for downloads can be a pain. Yesterday I tried Sending the ones I liked on my phone to my email, and I downloaded them to my PC when I got home. Voila!
