I've never been good about saving photos and notes to myself, but I do enjoy them when I find them later. This is a photo from when my family visited me on Lopez Island. I also remember one day when my brother Mike showed up. When I opened the door, he pushed past me and started looking around. He found the phone cord (land line) and started following it hand over hand until he came to a cabinet where I had buried the phone under some pillows. Mike took out the phone and said "Chuck, you live way the #$%^ up here on Lopez! You can at least answer your damn phone!" I thought it was sort of funny. Michael did not! :)
