one photo, seven edits...

This is a impromptu photo I took of a large exposed tree root. I just finished playing around with it for 10  minutes or so, and I ended up with image number 4. One of these days, when I have a hunch about a certain photo, I'm going to save an image of each step, and make a progression kind of video.

There are so many choices for walking here in Bothell. Yesterday we started at the foot bridge by the house icon in the upper right corner of the map. We walked along the river down to Heritage Park. We crossed another bridge before reaching Blyth Park, and went through the tunnel under 96th Ave. The photos are of that tunnel, a view from a small bridge by the river bend in the park, and further up the valley near the bottom left in the map. Yesterday's walk took a little over 1 1/2 hrs RT.

Sometimes when I'm bored, I'll just take some foliage and trees photos and play around with the editing...

most of our walk to Woodinville is a meandering river walk, with a concrete jungle of freeway overpasses at the one third mark...

The Bothell Historical Museum is in the park across the street. These are some window reflection shots. I adjusted my focus when I saw that character with the sombrero walking by.
